Owners Priority, who scored an all-the-way win in a Fillies & Mares 1600m Rating 68 at Ballarat last Thursday, is a first-class advertisement for Darren Weir's 12-horse satellite stable at Warrnambool. The mare who was very highly-strung and got uptight, has really turned her form around since being shifted from Ballarat to the beachwork at the 'Bool. Her win last week was her third in a row and on each occasion has been ridden by Dean Yendall. Owners Priority who previously won on a slow track at Ararat in January before overcoming trouble to score at Ballarat earlier this month, races in the same interest as Weir's top jumper Virvacity who's preparing for the two-day Easter carnival at Oakbank towards the end of April.
